Rise and grind Sunday! - . . After travelling I lost my motivation a bit, however tried to get straight back to where I was, which didn’t work. I’m slowly and surely working back up to where I want to be. Lifting lighter and taking it easy as I struggle with some pain in my hips, I’ve taken to doing a few spin classes a week which I’m really enjoying for cardio! It helps to change things up every now and again.
