I hit back tonight! Trying to add pounds to my deadlift and mass on the back. I've been experimenting with bulking, trying to get stronger and so far I'm happy that I'm getting stronger, I'm just not happy with the weight gain tho to be honestly. It comes with the territory! Tonight's workout: Deadlift 3x5, built up to 405 lb, first time I've gone this heavy in a while. Pendlay rows 3x8,7,6 Chest supported dumbbell row 4x10 Single arm seal row 4x8-10 (not shown) Ring pull ups 4x point of failure Neutral close grip lat pulldown 3x10-12 Face pulls 3x15 (not shown) Back extension 3x15 (not shown) Cable static hold 3x30sec (not shown) Reverse crunch 3x15 (not shown) I did different variations of curls, used fat grips while doing lots of hammer curls.
