I was tempted to make a throwaway for this, but who cares. No bullshit. I'm 100% serious. Make it stop. Intense core holds and extended periods of full body tension give me coregasms. It isn't at all cool. I didn't see any recent posts about it and I thought I'd be the guy to try and talk about this weird stuff. 90% of the time, it's a "dry" coregasm. Regardless, it isn't pleasant and it interferes with my sets. Examples of "problem exercises": ~Dragon flags. Right around the 15th rep or so. ~RMU's. Right around rep 5 or as I fatigue and have to shake out one last rep. ~Really long V/L-sit holds on rings. ~Straddle planche. Basically, any core exercise that is rather intense or requires long tension times. This post isn't a joke at all. EDIT: I expected a lot more people to share this experience. This is starting to concern me more. I'll be trying to get an appointment for my next day off. Much appreciated, guys. Maybe this shitty super power can be harnessed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) But i'd rather be able to do some core in peace.
