20:20:20 WORKOUT NO.2 JANUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE ctd… 20 workouts in 20 days consisting of 20 exercises and 20 reps of each exercise. Workout to take around 20-25 mins. Today I used a 12kg kettlebell, a rowing machine and an assault bike.
